The game we rise
A sacrifice
Full of disguise
In which we hide
An ultimate
Which calls the end
Stealing the vision
My worst in life - sacrifice
All of the burdens
Light us a way
Of crime and coalesces wage
Unrest and break
Imagination builds us a wall
Of comfort and illusions calm
Hungers for gain
Getting through all the decisions
Lighting out the compromise patience
Blocking out what's left for imagination
That's what I gain: sacrifice
Passing out habitations
Lonewolves astrayed over years and
All comes out: a game, a win
For leaving behind all the sins
A sinners life a winners game
A rise up closed
A ride to end.
This album is haunting, beautiful, and cathartic. One of the best post-black metal albums out there. I bought a cd on Discogs, but needed the vinyl. Доберман Сатз
Swirling guitars, furious drums, vocals that at the same time howl from infinite distance and are right up in your head; everything put into dissonant form with the help of unconventional songwriting. This album is my personal key to the icelanding black metal madness that I've ignored for way too long! Lukas Kaufmann
Mikolaj is a real multi-talent in bass as well as guitar as well as vocals and "Darkside" Maciej's drumming is a well-calibrated 100th-of-seconds-clockwork. Not for nothing is Mgla considered as a standard for a lot of other blacker-than-black metal bands. I hope to see this band live once..... grote_smurf
Grind project Regional Justice Center follows an acclaimed debut with another furious blastbeat-driven missive against the US prison system. Bandcamp New & Notable Feb 16, 2021
Hearing the songs while reading the narrative behind the lyrics, I felt overwhelmed by this tragic story in which humans and artificial intelligence couldn't coexist side by side. Their reciprocal annihilation was inevitable. Except one "sole survivor, in a ship filled with memories. She had become the proof of Earth, proof that life had existed there, a voice for all the species and beauty we once knew". A dystopian concept dressed up in brilliant musicianship! @Slevin, thanks, I owe it to you! Umbra Cornuta
